At SKINDREL, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless they are damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
